On the lane of our emotional Safari

In the bazaar of our existence we run into every kind of people as we move along from one space to another; some of those persons make us stop and stay a while for they display great parades of every different color streaming from their hearts and mind that carry splendid messages that have the power to change our lives forever.

While other people have nothing to add to the purse of our lives, those persons are mere numbers, they lead an empty hallow existence, they are more plants and less humans, they eat, reproduce and live on the margins of life. Those we do not stop at their markets for there is nothing we are interested in.

The interaction we engage ourselves into is beyond compare, that bond we create with a certain someone that defies the frame of distance and time is out of this world, yet we have relationships with close members of our society that do not cross the level of entertainment and superficial knowledge. They are with us on a regular basis, but they are not part of us, they can’t cross over for there are no bridge only walls built to keep them out of our inner world.

We contain deep in our hearts, the lock of every past love, every lost loved one that was taken away from us, and only they hold the keys to unchain the security code and open the windows in our heart so they can be set free and fly outside our love detention center. Those who leave our lives do not leave our hearts necessarily, for we can always feel attached to a memory long gone, a faded face from the past into the fog of the present and the abandoned future, forsaken from the sight of their eyes, the sound of their voice, but yet they roam our inner spaces, and populate every remote corner in our hearts.

Every person we meet contributes in decoding our identity, an unexpected visitor can bring along a valuable lesson, every guest can serve either as a warning or as a guide in the itinerary of life; we discover traits in our characters when we mingle with other minds and other cultures, and it is either we adhere, cohere or disconnect from their influence, we can never find out unless we interrelate with the inner world of every person that enters our circle.

We are marked by the fingerprints of those who touched our lives; we transmit the vibes we caught from their frequency when mixed with our emissions to produce a tone that plays on and on in the symphony of our being.

We chat to others through others, when we converse we speak of our mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, of every bird we heard singing, every creature we saw, everyone turns towards someone, those hidden strings in the network of our being are not tangible , they are simply felt and lived.

All in all, people are educational, the knowledge we need to acquire in life is not always enclosed in books, sometimes the persons we meet can disclose our dormant wisdom, and they just trigger it so it may come to the surface and help shape our personalities.

You may wonder how it could be that one person who is no longer part of our present, can dwell in our souls today and tomorrow still? The answer to that is that yearning for his spirit, for what made him the person he was, I tell you one thing, listen and listen well to the moan of your souls longing for that lost love, that groan is the connection that will never be broken, that sigh will be the seal they have stamped on your pumping heart which beats to the rhythm of the music that only they once played.
