Happiness

Is it the tranquility of a beautiful sunset or the sparkle of a collapsed comet that flashes our sights?

Is it colonizing in a well known controlled over space? Or is it emigrating and moving abroad away from the self? Is it an ongoing travel to new territories and fields? Can we be happy anywhere? Or is it a certain specific somewhere yet to be stepped in?

Lina Hanna Hanna.

Are there rules to obey? Or is happiness the act of breaking and manipulating the system when the set of laws do not serve that aim? Isn’t it a discharge to just forge new rules on the ruins of an old convention?

We all yearn for ecstasy, for being in a trance, stupor to spice up our existence and make us feel the flood of blood pouring like wine in our veins. Life is motion and not every action fulfills that mission, for what is to live but to fill up every moment with matters that we enjoy and love? To live is to discover to see the bigger picture, to think outside the box, to take chances, to risk all in order to gain some of that all.

Happiness is freedom, it is the ability to be selective in using and employing time to fill in what is empty and to empty what is already full.

It is also in the small affairs, for some music is the bliss of their lives, for others learning, or dancing or smelling the aromas or just mother nature’s manifestations. There is as much enjoyment as there people who have them, to each person his own delight according to his own tendency or leaning.

Happiness is that warm feeling you have in the midst of a frosty situation… happiness is a feeling of completion, of conclusion.

And to me happiness is contributing in the happiness of others around us, it is the act to leaving ourselves to go visit the selves of those we love. Oh nothing matches the spark and glow we see in the eyes of someone we made happy or gave a reason to feel good or content about something or anything.

Happiness is staying in fine tuning with our own spirits, it is the ability to stay alone with ourselves and not feel lonely, and it is taking pleasure in our own company.

Happiness is taking control over our own life, our decisions, and it believes that we can capture what we picture; the desire is the corner stone of transforming any dream into reality. It is self esteem and self confidence that we are bigger than life itself and that we can soar as high as we spread our wings.

Happiness is being aware that sadness is just the other wing we need in order to fly, we take off by means of opposition having two wings not just one , the sadness equals in resistance to joy and does not conflict with it once we absorb its necessity.

Happiness is that leap of faith we jump into when dangers knocks on our doors. It is the ability to lean into the situation for those who know how to bend will never break.

The anticipation and the planning are both blessings; to take full responsibility is joy of maturity in self improvement and evolving.

Being able to forgive and forget and hold no grudges is a peace we acquire when we are no longer prisoners of hate, or victims of our own characters.

When we shed our skin and rejuvenate our soul, this deed in itself is a thrill not to be taken lightly.

When we let it roll off, we can float in the air of existence, for we have lost of emotional and social luggage and baggage. We become lighter and our senses sharpen to the point where we can listen to our inner voices and songs so that we can be able to dance to the rhythm of our own heartbeats or even the heartbeat of those we love.

Happiness is doing what we love and loving what we do. To know that we are just visitors and that time is not really the enemy the abuse of it is the real foe; to mistreat time is an abuse to eternity itself. For time is valuable, within its setting we witness change, we dream of the future, we recall the past.

So let us all radiate charm and resonate beauty wherever we might go… let us spread the dust of elation upon the places we inhabit and let us be bitten that the bug of rapture and let us fly to the seventh sky for why to crawl through life when we have wings to fly up above and beyond the cloud number nine!

Happiness is contagious and sure is worth catching!
